We’re seeking sales-driven professionals who are passionate about people and performance—those who see travel as both a business and a calling. As an Independent Travel Advisor, you’ll have full ownership of your client relationships and revenue, with the elevated branding, buying power, and support of Lotus Grove behind you.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships, values autonomy, and is ready to drive their own success while delivering elite experiences for high-value clients.

    • Build and manage your own client portfolio

    • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation

    • Design custom travel experiences that reflect the Lotus Grove brand

    • Deliver an elevated level of service that consistently exceeds client expectations

    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners

    • Maintain accurate client records and manage the booking process from start to finish

    • Represent the Lotus Grove brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

    • A background or love of sales, business development, or relationship-based service

    • An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build your own book of business

    • Passion for travel and deep curiosity about the world and its people

    • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

    • Confidence, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit

    • Prior experience in travel or luxury services is a plus—but not required

    • Brand alignment with a boutique agency known for elevated, intentional travel
