While we do receive commissions from our hotel and travel partners, those commissions alone don’t reflect the time, care, and expertise that go into crafting a seamless, personalized experience.

If you already know which partner property or cruise you want to experience, book your accommodations through Lotus Grove Travel and receive VIP treatment—at no additional cost.

This includes destination research, custom itinerary design, hotel and experience bookings, logistics management, and concierge-level support from start to finish. You’re not just paying for a service—you’re investing in a personalized, stress-free journey curated with intention.

  • We design everything from weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime journeys. This includes honeymoons, milestone celebrations, safaris, wellness retreats, cultural immersions, family travel, cruising, and more. If it’s meaningful to you, we’ll make it extraordinary.

  • Absolutely. Whether you want full-service planning or just help securing luxury accommodations with VIP perks, we offer flexible options. Our Hotel Only package (Insider Access) is complimentary and includes exclusive benefits at 5-star properties worldwide.

  • For the best availability and most seamless experience, we recommend starting 4–9 months in advance. For high-season travel or complex, multi-destination itineraries, even earlier is ideal. Last-minute planning is possible (and we’re happy to help!), but may be subject to rush fees and limited availability.

  • We strongly recommend it. Travel insurance protects your investment and gives you peace of mind in the event of delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions. We’re happy to guide you through selecting a policy that fits your needs.

  • We can assist with round-trip airfare as an add-on service, especially when it's part of a larger itinerary. While we don’t specialize in complex airfare-only bookings, we’re happy to support you with ticketing and flight strategy where it fits within your trip planning.
