  • For the best availability and most seamless experience, we recommend starting 4–9 months in advance. For high-season travel or complex, multi-destination itineraries, even earlier is ideal. Last-minute planning is possible (and we’re happy to help!), but may be subject to rush fees and limited availability.

  • We strongly recommend it. Travel insurance protects your investment and gives you peace of mind in the event of delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions. We’re happy to guide you through selecting a policy that fits your needs.

  • We can assist with round-trip airfare as an add-on service, especially when it's part of a larger itinerary. While we don’t specialize in complex airfare-only bookings, we’re happy to support you with ticketing and flight strategy where it fits within your trip planning.

  • We receive commission from our hotel and travel partners, but our planning fee ensures that we work for you, not the supplier. This allows us to offer unbiased recommendations and focus entirely on creating the experience that’s right for you.
