Lotus Grove Travel is seeking a Travel Designer to join our in-house team and support the creation of thoughtful, high-touch travel experiences. This is an ideal role for someone looking to enter the luxury travel industry with intention, curiosity, and the drive to grow.

You’ll work alongside the founder of Lotus Grove, gaining exposure to the inner workings of a modern boutique agency. From research and logistics to proposal development and trip support, you’ll play a vital role in helping bring our client journeys to life—with the opportunity to evolve into an Independent Contractor (IC), in- house travel advisor, or leadership role as you grow with the company.

    • Support the development of custom itineraries across a range of global destinations

    • Research accommodations, experiences, and logistics to assist in proposal creation

    • Communicate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm availability and gather quotes

    • Assist in preparing beautifully branded proposals and itineraries

    • Track bookings, confirmations, and client details in our CRM

    • Coordinate concierge services

    • Engage in ongoing training and mentorship as part of your professional growth path

    • A strong interest in luxury travel and a genuine desire to learn the industry

    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    • A client-focused mindset with natural curiosity and professionalism

    • Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, and visual presentation platforms

    • A team spirit and willingness to support multiple projects simultaneously

    • Experience in hospitality, service, sales, or event planning is a plus—but not required

    • Hands-on experience in luxury travel planning
