At Lotus Grove Travel is seeking a strategic, detail-driven Travel Operations Manager to lead the operational heart of our boutique luxury agency. This is not just a back-end role—it’s a leadership position focused on elevating our internal systems, mentoring travel designers, and creating the operational foundation for scalable growth.

We craft exceptional, highly personalized travel experiences. This role ensures the behind-the-scenes execution meets the same elevated standard—seamless, sophisticated, and impeccably managed.

    • Oversee daily operations of the agency’s travel planning, ensuring excellence in execution across all client journeys

    • Lead and mentor a team of travel designers and coordinators, setting standards for service, communication, and process adherence

    • Develop and refine internal systems to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and support scale across both leisure and corporate divisions

    • Establish and document best practices for itinerary management, booking logistics, client communication, and post-trip follow-up

    • Manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong preferred partner performance

    • Drive operational efficiency by integrating planning and booking tools, and implementing automation where appropriate.

    • Oversee quality control across all bookings, ensuring 100% accuracy in confirmations, itineraries, and client-facing materials

    • Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, including new service offerings, onboarding systems, and team expansion

    • Own reporting and tracking for booking pipelines, payment timelines, and operational KPIs

    • 5+ years of experience in travel operations, hospitality management, or luxury service-based industries

    • Leadership Mindsetwith a track record of building systems in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Team management experience is a plus—but a genuine desire to empower and elevate others is essential.

    • Deep familiarity with luxury travel platforms
